The challenge
Our clients approached us with a property they wished to sell and expressed their desire to maximize its value by exploring potential development opportunities.
The solution
After assessing various planning approval options from local council and NSW state government, we determined that the site qualified for development under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. Subsequently, we devised a design for a multi-residential building comprising a combination of 2x3 bedroom and 2x2 bedroom apartments, fully compliant with the code's requirements. The apartments feature basement parking and ample outdoor areas, making the most of the site's breathtaking lake views and desirable northern orientation.
